Dear trade partners, 

This is to inform you all that according to the new system initiated by USA Mission, Starting January 1, 2025, applicants  can still schedule the first nonimmigrant visa appointment at the location of their choice. If they need to reschedule for any reason, they will be able to do that one time only. Previously there were total 2 chances for rescheduling the appointment but from 1st January 2025, USA mission has reduced it to 1 chance  only after your first appointment.

Additionally, If the applicants miss their appointments or need to reschedule a second time, applicants will need to repay the visa fee to book a new appointment. Since wait times are long, please make sure that your applicants can attend on the date they have selected.
